Anna Weyeneth

Fitness Coach

Anna celebrates the gift of health through movement but she did not always have this gratitude toward health. About ten years ago, she found herself sick and unable to accomplish daily tasks with ease and could not even imagine exercising or playing sports for fun.  As a mother of two, she knew she had to make immediate changes to her lifestyle. Her first step toward healing was nutrition. Slowly, the food choices she made gave her energy. She began walking and lifting weights pain free. Today, Anna is committed to eating well and moving daily.
